Technical Finance Assistance
Technical Finance Assistance by the SEED Foundation aim to strengthen small-holder agriculture in rural Zambia through the following actions:
- Facilitate access to 1ha to 5ha 14 years to 99 years land leases, 360 cubic meter water reservoirs, input finance, and other resources to raise rural productivity;
- Support soil conservation, reforestation through tree planting, and anti-salinization, soil erosion and acidification;
- Improve diversification, storage, agro-processing, and marketing of local agricultural products;
- Encourage commercial agriculture and agro-processing;
- Support ecological agriculture;
- Build the capacity of small agricultural producers and local rural organizations.
